I have attended various training sessions and have found each one so enlightening. I learned some computer skills in college but needed a refresher on the ones I hadn’t used in a while. I learned lots of new things as well. The time you invest in training to learn these programs are a drop in the bucket compared to the long term gains.

We used Donna and MOSTraining to train our employees on Microsoft Office 2003.  Since this was our first attempt at this type of training, we relied heavily on Donna's input as to how to structure the classes.  Donna worked around our scheduling restraints and customized the training for the different levels of prior knowledge of the software in order to maximize our cost and time.  She was extremely competent and has a great way of making everyone feel comfortable in class no matter what their knowledge level is.  I'm sure that we will use MOSTraining again in the future.

I attended one of the MOSTraining classes on EXCEL and it was great. The instructor was well versed on what she did and she did not speak over my head. This is important because I had never been in an EXCEL class before and yet was able to keep up. I would recommend MOSTraining classes to anyone from software engineer to first time computer user. The class is very affordable and worth every penny spent. Thank you MOSTraining and thank you Donna for being a great teacher.
